Francis Braam

Francis holds a Managing Brokers License and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics. He was licensed in 1988 as a broker, and received his Managing Brokers license in 1996. He has held a variety of roles in organized real estate including 10 years as a Director of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, 4 years as Chair of theB.C. Royal Lepage Brokers Council, previous instructor for BCREA, as well as serving on numerous task forces and committees in organized real estate. Francis is well known for his extensive legal knowledge and problem solving skills in complex real estate transactions.
Wade Webb

Wade is responsible for Sales Associates personal production. Wade had a very successful, thirteen year career as one of the top agents with Royal LePage and is a past Director of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board. CEO of agent coaching company Agentsboost, an international speaker, coach, trainer and author of the book “The Lazy REALTOR®” His knowledge, experience and marketing expertise plays a key role in the continued development and success of Royal LePage Kelowna.
Steve Gray
Managing Broker/ Owner
Steve has been a real estate agent since 2003, joining the Royal Lepage Kelowna management team in 2006. Prior to real estate Steve was a commercial pilot for 13 years, spending his last five years flying for Air Canada Jazz. Steve is a current instructor with BCREA, a past member of both the business ethics panel for OMREB as well as the Royal LePage Canada business advisory council.
Dave Favell

Dave was born and raised in Kelowna. A Diamond Award winning real estate agent and past Director of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board who built a team of agents and created many systems to enable an effective and efficient office prior to joining the Management Team in 2010. As a Buffini and Company certified mentor and past Advisory Board Member, Dave is involved with implementing training programs to help agents lead balanced lives. One of Dave’s passions is music and he has played guitar at festivals around the world.
Jeremy Bindon

Jeremy was born in Montreal and grew up in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Ontario where his family is from. He became a licensed REALTOR® in 2015 and worked in both a solo and team environment prior to joining the management team in 2021. Prior to Real Estate Jeremy spent 7 years in the Telecommunications industry.
